Orders & Policies
Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail, and typically take 2-5 days to be delivered after being received by the post office. Please expect potential delays due to COVID.
Please have orders shipped to a safe location, and be sure to enter the correct address at checkout. If you prefer a shipping carrier that is not listed as an option, email before purchase and we will work with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Ready to ship items are sent out as soon as possible - usually within 3-5 business days. Made to order items have a lead time of 1-2 weeks currently. International customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.
Be sure to read listing descriptions fully and view all photos. We want you to love your new piece, and understand that shopping online is not quite the same as seeing pieces in person. Please reach out if you would like more images or video of any pieces. In the event that your purchase wasn’t quite right, we offer exchanges/shop credit only.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements within 14 days of delivery (as marked by shipping carrier). Credit will be honored for the cost of the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. Do not return items prior to approval. No credit can be offered for damaged items, or items lost / stolen in transit.
